All orders placed from Dec 4th - Dec 24th may be returned until Jan 5th or within 21 days of order placement (whichever is greater). Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns. 

Please keep in mind for gifts, we are unable to offer site credits or exchanges online at this time. Gifts may be exchanged or credited in store only. Any returns sent back via the prepaid return label, will be refunded to the original form of payment. 

FedEx shipping deadlines for guaranteed Christmas delivery below:
- Ground shipping: orders must be placed by 12noon EST on Monday 12/16
- 2-Day: orders must be placed by 12noon EST on Thursday 12/19
- Overnight: orders must be placed by midnight on Sunday 12/22

Domestic Returns

BANDIER offers free return shipping on merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed and with all original tags attached (applicable to Hawaii and Continental U.S. Free returns are not offered for Puerto Rico orders). 

If you wish to return your item(s), please use the pre-paid shipping label enclosed in your package. Note, BANDIER is not responsbile for providing an additional return label beyond what is included in your shipment. 

For returns, you will receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) in the original form of payment.

BANDIER reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy (worn, washed, without tags, outside the 21-day period, etc.), exhibits indicators of use for photoshoot or production use only, or if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account.
Returns must be shipped using the BANDIER pre-paid label. Failure to do so, will cause a delay in the refund process. 

Ship your return through an insured traceable carrier, as BANDIER cannot be responsible for lost, mis-delivered or damaged packages. We strongly recommend that you keep record of the tracking number.
Please include a copy of your receipt in the box indicating the item(s) you wish to return and reason for return.
An email notification will be sent to you once your refund has been processed by BANDIER. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days from the date of your return package arrival (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from BANDIER).
Any error in a shipment or damaged product must be reported within 48 hours of the package arrival or the item will not be refunded.
Footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return will result in a 20% re-stocking fee.
Returns are not accepted on swimwear, water bottles, or items noted as FINAL SALE. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Full price purchases made online can also be taken to any of one of BANDIER's stores, with your invoice, for exchange or refund. Our stores are also able to mail your order back to the warehouse, if the return shipping label included in the order is provided to the sales associate.
BANDIER stores cannot offer refunds for orders placed via Paypal, Amazon Pay or Afterpay. Those must be sent back to our warehouse with the return label provided. 

BANDIER stores does not expect SALE item returns - those must be mailed directly back to our warehouse. Items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable anywhere. 
BANDIER offers price adjustment within 7 days of purchase as long as the exact style, color and size is still in stock. Promotions are not eligible for price adjustments. For any requests or questions, please email
