What is our return policy?

BANDIER offers returns on all merchandise except items marked as Final Sale. You may initiate a return or exchange within 21 days of your order’s shipment date by visiting returns.bandier.com. Unauthorized returns of damaged or worn Final Sale items will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Gift boxes can not be returned for a refund. Any purchases made between November 10th and December 25th of 2023 are eligible for a return or exchange up until January 15th of 2024. Any items that are Final Sale are not eligible for a return or exchange.

BANDIER reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy, is worn or washed, missing tags, exhibits indicators of use for photoshoots or production use only, or if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account. Footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. We will not accept the return if there is damage to or omission of the box.

Vela Bikes are excluded from the free shipping promotion and will incur a $50 return fee.

If you use your own return carrier, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that using your own carrier will cause a delay in the processing of the return and refund. BANDIER is not responsible for any lost returns when a BANDIER return label is not used.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

We partner with Happy Returns by PayPal to offer box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns and exchanges. Start your return online at returns.bandier.com, select the items you wish to return and tell us why. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed to you by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute. No box or label needed.

You will be able to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange item(s) for a new size.

What if I want to mail my return?

Start your return or exchange online at returns.bandier.com. Box up your items, apply the USPS label provided, and ship them back to us. You’ll get an email when your items have been received and your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be initiated.

USPS Labels: To locate a staffed USPS drop-off location, click here. We recommend that you keep a record of your USPS drop-off receipt until your return is processed. Please do not leave your return at a USPS Drop Box.

How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

Get your refund initiated immediately when you return at a Happy Returns Return Bar location. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on the original form of payment. 

If returning by mail, once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for us to inspect and process the return. When your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on the original form of payment.

How do I return a gift?

To initiate a return for store credit or exchange, please visit returns.bandier.com and select “Receive A Gift? Start Here” underneath the entry box.

If you are having trouble tracking down details from the original order, please Contact Us with information about the order, such as the first/last name of the person who purchased the gift, their email address, or any other information you think might help.

If the gift was purchased in store, we ask that you contact the store location where it was purchased. You can find our store locations here.

Can I return online purchases in-store?

At this time, online orders cannot be returned in store and must be either dropped off at a Happy Returns Return Bar or shipped back to our fulfillment center for a refund. 

How do I track my return?

If you are returning by mail, we recommend that you keep a record of your USPS drop-off receipt until your refund has been processed. You can enter this number on the USPS tracking site to track your return. 

Returns dropped off at a Return Bar do not require tracking as the refund will be initiated immediately.


Returns from Afterpay and Shop Pay Purchases 

If you have changed your mind, you can return or exchange your Afterpay or Shop Pay purchase online only. Afterpay or Shop Pay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay or Shop Pay.
