HOLIDAY SHIPPING & RETURNS 

All orders placed from Dec 4th - Dec 24th may be returned until Jan 5th or within 21 days of order placement (whichever is greater). Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns. 

Please keep in mind for gifts, we are unable to offer site credits or exchanges online at this time. Gifts may be exchanged or credited in store only. Any returns sent back via the prepaid return label, will be refunded to the original form of payment. 

FedEx shipping deadlines for guaranteed Christmas delivery below:
- Ground shipping: orders must be placed by 12noon EST on Monday 12/16
- 2-Day: orders must be placed by 12noon EST on Thursday 12/19
- Overnight: orders must be placed by midnight on Sunday 12/22

CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD

We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, where applicable, for orders shipped to NY only. 

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.

*Orders over $200 are eligible for free Ground shipping within the Continental U.S. Orders under $200 are $10 for Ground Shipping. $200 free Ground shipping threshold is POST-discount, and PRE-tax.

All Ground packages are shipped via FEDEX. FEDEX does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses and does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after 12 noon EST will be submitted for processing the following business day.

Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages. 

BANDIER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should file with FEDEX.    

BANDIER can only accept 1 form of payment at this time.

Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam and US Virgin Island orders must be shipped via International Checkout. See details below.

BANDIER offers International Shipping for a Flat Rate of $29.

BANDIER has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout , to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com .

Note that if you are shipping to a US address with a non-US billing address, you must complete your purchase using International Checkout.

Which countries does BANDIER ship to?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from BANDIER. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
