BANDIER accepts the following payments:
Charging Your Credit Card
We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, where applicable, for orders shipped to NY only.
If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.
Orders are shipped the same business day if placed before 1PM Monday-Friday EST (excluding select Holidays). Orders placed after 1PM, or on the weekend and select holidays, will be shipped the following business day.

All Ground packages are shipped via UPS or UPS SurePost. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses and does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages.
BANDIER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should file with UPS / USPS.
Gift cards purchased in store cannot be used online at this time.
Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Guam orders must be shipped via International Checkout. See details below.

BANDIER offers International Shipping for a Flat Rate of $29.
BANDIER has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout , to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at email@example.com .
In order to apply a promotioanal code, please email International Checkout directly. They will apply it for you, once the order is placed.
Note that if you are shipping to a US address with a non-US billing address, you must complete your purchase using International Checkout.

Which countries does BANDIER ship to?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from BANDIER. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
